What happened:
Jasmine Hines, 22, and Rashaud Taylor, 23, are both shot to death inside a home on Pinewood Drive early on Labor Day. Hines' father, Michael Hines, was killed in March. Police identify Stephen Mobley, 32, as a suspect in the case. Mobley was also charged in the 2012 slaying of Gregory Watkins, but the charges were dismissed after a hung jury.
