What happened:
Barry Bowman, 22, is shot in the head in a gang-related incident. Bowman dies a few days after the shooting. Suspects Deangelo Bowman, 21, and Timothy Sexton, 29, both face charges of criminal homicide, numerous counts of reckless endangerment and a charge of unlawful possession of a weapon. Bowman's charges are dismissed in 2014 and Sexton charges are pending as of Aug. 2015.
