Quincy Bell, 20, is shot on Wilcox Blvd. while behind the wheel of a Toyota Camry. He manages to drive east about a quarter-mile before pulling into a gas station, where he dies in the car. Marcus Boston is arrested in Dec. 2012 and charged with criminal homicide, among other charges. The charges are dropped in 2013 after a witness fails to show at a hearing.
