What happened:
Timothy Bumpass is shot and killed at Lakeside Youth Sports Complex. Neighbors say the area where the man is found is known for drug-related and illegal activity. Kristopher Bell, 20, and Christopher Jennings, 19, and Devante Raglan, 19, are each charged with felony murder, especially aggravated robbery and criminal conspiracy. The charges against Ragland are dismissed in Feb. 2013 after two witnesses fail to show. The charges argainst Bell and Jennings are pending.
