Desmond McClure, 28, is shot and killed outside of 2510 E. Main Street after an event. Police say Andrew Wilson fired nine times at McClure during a fight over a woman. McClure is hit seven times. Wilson argues that McClure fired at him first, but is charged with criminal homicide and indicted on a second-degree murder charge. The case is pending trial.
