What happened:
Daniel Hendrix, 26, is shot and killed by police after refusing to drop a firearm he allegedly used earlier to threaten two women. Hendrix was celebrating his birthday with two off-duty female police officers at the home when he became enraged, picked up a personal firearm and began to threaten the women who fled and called police.
