What happened:
Upon arrival CPD officers found a lifeless baby presented to them by a woman. She said said she was driving on Wilcox Boulevard when she heard the defendant, Travis McCullough, yelling for help. When she got out to help, the man "tossed" the infant into her arms. Her temperature read 106 degrees.
