What happened:

Cachet Peterson and multiple other women are driving north in front of Southside Social when a suspect in another car traveling in the opposite direction shoots several rounds into the car, fatally wounding Peterson and injuring another woman. The owner of the bar/restaurant says video footage captured the suspect parking in a lot across the street ten minutes before the shooting and waiting ten minutes until the women were spotted.
