What happened:
Charles Forte dies on scene after being shot in the head. A witness said the shooter is the victim's father, Billy Forte, who came over, had a short conversation with his son, went outside and returned with a .410 shotgun which he used to shoot Charles. The witness said Billy then chambered a second shell and fired at the victim while he lay motionless on the ground. Billy Forte also admitted to shooting his son and shortly after he was taken into custody for criminal homicide.
