What happened:
Police find Kimberly Phillips, 48, lying in a parking lot, dead from an apparent gunshot wound. Officers also find Frederick Tragesser, 47, seated in a vehicle in the same parking lot, suffering from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He is taken to a local hospital where he dies. Investigators determined Tragesser shot Phillips and then shot himself. They were divorced from each other, according to police.
