What happened:
Darllel Brown, 35, is hit by a vehicle in the Goodwill store parking lot, located at 1966 Hixson Pike. A witness tells police he and Brown were sitting in Brown's car in front of Sweet Melissa's Billiards when the car was struck by a red Nissan truck being pushed by 26-year-old Charles Jackson and another man. An argument ensues, and Jackson gets into Brown's car and accelerates toward Brown, hitting him.
