What happened:
Police find 25-year-old Rigoberto Jarquin dead in a Douglas Heights apartment. Two other men — a 20-year-old and a 23-year-old — were injured. One was shot in the shoulder and the other in the thigh. Two brothers are later charged with in the shooting.
