What happened:
Raphael White, 25, is shot to death after a confrontation with Rodney Jennings, 27, near East Lake Courts. Investigators say Jennings arrived unannounced at White's cousin's home to try to see his children, and would not leave until White confronted him. Police say Jennings shot White once in the chest as Jennings backed out the door. A jury find Jennings guilty of second degree murder in 2016.
