What happened:
Police are called to the area of 900 Dodson Avenue where they find a 20-year-old man with a gunshot wound that is not life-threatening. While attending to the victim, officers are notified of another victim, 21-year-old Tyree Ray, a short distance away on Windsor Street. Investigators later determine Ray and the 20-year-old were injured in the same incident, and Ray fled to Windsor Street before police arrived. Both men were taken to a local hospital where Ray later died.
