What happened:
Justin Armour, 23, was charged with criminal homicide after police say he beat a 15-year-old pregnant girl and killed the baby she was carrying. Armour fathered the baby. The assault allegedly happened in an vacant house near 2200 E. 3rd Street on May 12. The baby was delivered, dead, on May 13. Medical personnel believe the assault killed the baby.
