What happened:
Anthony Scott, 37, is found slain at 5225 Woodland View Circle just after 3 a.m. Police believe Scott fought with 43-year-old Raphael Colvin and his airway was crushed during the tussle. Colvin is charged with criminal homicide. Scott sustained blunt force trauma to the neck. In 2014, Colvin pleads guilty to the lesser charge of voluntary manslaughter and is sentenced to four years.
