What happened:
Nicole Dupree, 35, is shot and killed at 1912 Citico Ave. Eddie Witcher, 56, is charged with criminal homicide, tampering with evidence and unlawful possession of a firearm. Police say he washed Dupree's body with a wet cloth and redressed her after she died. He pleads guilty to reckless homicide in 2013 and is sentenced to four years.
