Barbara Johnson, 45, is gunned down at 4 a.m. while walking down the street. She is shot in the neck and face. Johnson was a key witness in the 2011 homicide case of Herbert Strickland. After her death, the first-degree murder charge against that suspect are dismissed. Steve Mosley, murdered four days earlier, was Johnson's cousin.
